Prestige Constructors Ltd is a construction company registered in England and Wales, based at 38 Sussex Road, London, E6 2PT. We operate across London and nationally, working with residential and commercial clients who expect work done properly — on time, within scope, and to full regulatory standard.
We are a recently established company built on the understanding that the construction industry deserves better — better communication, tighter compliance, and more accountability. Every project we take on is managed and executed with that standard in mind.
Every project is carried out under current UK Building Regulations and CDM 2015. We are fully insured with public liability and employer's liability cover on every engagement, and all quotations are provided in writing with no hidden charges.

Our Process
Contact us with your project brief. We'll ask the right questions to understand the scope, timeline, and what you need from a contractor.
Where required, we visit the site to assess conditions, access, and any regulatory considerations before quoting.
You receive a clear, itemised written quote covering scope, materials, timeline, and payment terms. No verbal commitments.
Work begins to the agreed programme. Any variation to scope is flagged and requires your written approval before work proceeds.
Snagging, final inspection, and sign-off. You receive all relevant documentation including compliance records and warranties where applicable.
